W tried the tasting menu with dish that enhanced the quality of Italian ingredients and above all the black diamond of Umbria, the excellent truffle produced by the Urbani family. in an elegant setting with a breathtaking view we enjoyed the delicious dishes proposed by the chef. I suggest the risotto with braised beef, porcini mushrooms and truffle and filet rossini. The kind and attentive staff pampered during the dinner. Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy the best quality of Italian food away from Italy.
